Originaly known as the Busting Gavel, this inter-district gavel is shared amongst the brethren of Niagara "A" & "B" Districts to encourage fellowship & visitation between the two districts.

A minimum of 7 Brethren must attend to visit and pass the gavel.

The lodge receiving the gavel has 60 days to deliver it to another lodge in the sister district.

If not delivered after the 60 days, a lodge from the other district may claim it by visiting the lodge in possession of the gavel.
